In general, the documentation you will need includes:

  1. W-2’s or 1099’s for the past 2 years

  2. Pay Check Stubs for the most recent month

  3. Signed copies of the last 2 years Personal Federal Tax Returns and all Schedules

  4. The last 2 months bank statements for Checking, Savings, IRA’s, Stocks and 401K Accounts

  5. The last 2 years Corporate Tax Returns and all Schedules (if applicable)

  6. CPA letter stating 2 years of self-employment

  7. Divorce/Separation paper (if applicable)

  8. Retirement Award Letter or Pension, Disability paperwork (if applicable)

  9. Complete Bankruptcy papers (if applicable)

  10. Name, Address and Phone Number for Landlord (if applicable)

  11. Gift Letter and Source of Funds (if applicable)

  12. Copies of the Deposit Receipt (Contract of Sale) along with all Counteroffer(s) and all Contract Addendum(s) signed by all parties

  13. Copies of Driver’s License and Social Security Cards

  14. Copies of the most recent mortgage coupon(s) and the Insurance Declarations page for any other properties owned.
